Ellie is an artist and designer based in Cornwall, UK. Her practice spans disciplines including drawing, painting, and printmaking, alongside design for live events and experiences. She has a particular interest in working outdoors and site-responsively.

The innate and often intangible connections we form with places have always fascinated me. My work reflects both a deep love of the natural world and an ongoing act of remembering and reimagining the landscapes I’ve encountered. When painting, I use a variety of media on canvas and paper alongside printmaking—often combining techniques to help create spaces where memory and imagination converge. Through playful and intuitive experimentation, I aim to evoke a sense of place that feels both familiar and otherworldly.

Alongside my studio practice, I work as a freelance designer across performance, live events, film, and installation. These experiences within communities and landscapes across the UK and beyond continue to inspire and influence my work as a painter and printmaker.
